I'm using python 2.7
AppEngine version 1.1.9

I hope this happens cause I'm done something wrong(I didn't found any
documentation about setting up sympy-bot with Google App Engine)

Also, I'd like to hear ideas(or links to related issues) about
improving web-interface of sympy-bot for my GSoC project of improving
sympy-bot functionality

That looks like a problem unrelated to SymPy-Bot per se. It's
something wrong with your installation of the AppEngine software. You
might try updating. The latest version of the SDK is 1.6.3
(http://code.google.com/appengine/downloads.html). You should do that
anyway, actually, as older versions of the SDK likely won't properly
simulate the application in deployment.

Seems like problem was in old version of GAE, but I still want to hear
ideas about improving sympy-bot web-interface.

I mentioned a few on IRC the other day
(http://colabti.org/irclogger/irclogger_log/sympy?date=2012-02-29 for
those who weren't there). To summarize:

- ./sympy-bot work, to take jobs from the server.

- Integration with Google Code issues.

- Integration with GitHub issues labels.

- Better formatting, UI, etc. in the review website.

I'm sorry, http://reviews.sympy.org/ is down.

When exploring web pages in sympy-bot on my localhost I found that
http://reviews.sympy.org/update/ load my CPU to 100% and I want to try
how that will working on http://reviews.sympy.org/

I pressing F5 several times on http://reviews.sympy.org/update/ and
see this http://paste.pocoo.org/show/559072/

I'm really regret and apologize for my actions, I didn't know that it
could kill whole site.

I presently don't have access to the app engine account for that site,
but as soon as Ondrej gives it to me, I will be able to check the
dashboard, which may give me more information about why we exceeded
our quota.

I also won't be able to test your pull request until then (and also
until the quota resets, I guess).

If you want to test things out, you can create your own testing app
engine instance and upload to that. You just have to create it with
your Google account (it's free) and change the app.yaml file.
